Thank You for visiting the official website of Maine Power Wash Pros, the area’s premier provider of top quality pressure washing and exterior cleaning services.
Maine Power Wash has been in business since 2011, but ground work for the business started months before. Maine Power Wash Pros has two owners Mike Morin and Brian Condon. Although many partnerships don’t work out in the world of business, this aspect has become easy, and we feel it is an asset to our company. It all started with hard work, dedication and customer service, we are fortunate to carry on those attributes with hard working co-workers that have been coming back year after year. There is a total of 6 of us in the company now, and the TEAM is as strong as ever.

Mike Morin

Mike Morin
Mike does estimates and handles all aspects of running the business. Mike’s day typically ends with paying bills, banking, and making sure everyone’s day was successful.
Fun Fact: Mike put 35,000 miles on in 6 months doing estimates in 2014
Brian Condon
Brian does estimates, advertising, and customer service. Brian ran a crew until 2017, and established an efficient way to wash houses and treat roofs. Brian’s passion is making sure every customer has an excellent experience with Maine Power Wash Pros.
Fun Fact: Brian’s favorite part of washing a house is cleaning dirty cement stairs!
Stacie Friedman
Office Manager Stacie has been with Maine Power Wash Pros for 4 years. Although Brian and Mike have done all aspects of the business, Stacie has perfected this position. Mike and Brian can’t be happier with the experience our customers get from her being at the other end of the phone. She handles all calls, emails, scheduling, and many, many other duties.
Fun Fact: Stacie’s so personable, that she is on a first name basis with many of our customers!
